All pricing is custom to your project and is based on a variety of factors.

Occasionally, there are complications that we cannot see until the piece is stripped (see: springs, broken frames). In those situations, we will notify you.

FAQs

  • We agree on deadlines for projects on a case-by-case basis. Our turnaround is typically 3-4 weeks from the time furniture/fabric is collected, unless otherwise specified.

A rush fee of 30% of your total will be added to your invoice for work due sooner than 3 weeks. (Rush work is based on availability and must be approved first.)

  • Studio visits are by appointment only.

Appointments are available to look through swatches or to pickup or drop off work/fabric.

  • We do not refinish or do any type of repairs to your furniture’s frame. We dust, clean and polish the piece to give it some life, but all of the patina, nicks, cracks and character that it came with will remain.

  • We do not repair or alter outside items. (For example: we will not hem a curtain purchased elsewhere; we will not repair your existing roman shades; etc.)

  • COM (customer’s own material) will be charged a $15/yard cutting fee. We cannot comment on or guarantee the quality of your fabric.

  • We provide an estimate for the total yardage needed to complete your project. You can purchase fabric through our fabric accounts.

  • Sometimes things don’t turn out how we imagined. We will advise you if we believe a desired outcome will not be successful. However, if your piece is completed as agreed upon and your mind has changed after seeing it, you are still responsible for payment.

  • Nothing is life-proof. But, if you have specific needs for your piece, let’s talk about your fabric options before you start shopping.

We are not responsible for normal wear and tear on your furniture. (See: pets, kids, stains, faded textiles, etc.)
