We provide estimates through email only.
All pricing is custom to your project and is based on a variety of factors.
Occasionally, there are complications that we cannot see until the piece is stripped (see: springs, broken frames). In those situations, we will notify you.
We charge a $25 flat fee per estimate past 2 revisions. These charges are due whether or not you proceed with the work.
Change orders (changes made after paying your deposit) will incur a 10% fee added to your total, and any increase in fees as a result of changes will be settled upon completion of work.
Our studio is located on a side street that allows for easy pickup/delivery of your items. An appointment is required to pick up/deliver work to the studio.
Payment must be made in full to receive your finished work.
We partner with local moving companies who can provide a quote to pick up/deliver your items for you. In those cases, you will handle all payment with them directly.
Finished work must be picked up within 2 weeks of invoicing. We add a flat rate of $50 per week past two weeks.
Furniture, fabric and supplies not collected after 45 days will be considered abandoned property.
All work requires a 50% deposit to get in the queue. Without a deposit, we cannot provide a lead time or begin your work.
We accept payment through Zelle or Melio.
Payment must be made in full to receive your finished work.

Yes! The first two estimate revisions are free. Additional revisions are $25 each.
Lead times are shared after your details are finalized and your estimate is approved. Rush work (under 4 weeks) is considered case-by-case and incurs a 30% fee.
Yes! Visits are by appointment only for pickups, drop-offs, or browsing fabric options.
No, we focus on upholstery and soft goods. While we clean and polish pieces, frame repairs or refinishing are not included.
We don’t repair or alter pre-made items like curtains or roman shades.
Yes, but COM (customer’s own material) requires approval and incurs a $15/yard cutting fee. Quality cannot be guaranteed for outside fabrics.
We work hard to align expectations beforehand and advise on potential challenges. We will advise you if we believe a desired outcome will not be successful. However, completed pieces are non-refundable if they match the agreed-upon design.
While we don’t guarantee against normal wear and tear, we can help you plan for durability before starting your project.
